California police department corruption

October 24, 2008 The Martinez Police Officers’ Association is warning the public about a possible phone scam where callers claim to be soliciting donations on behalf of a recently fallen officer.

Police have received reports of phone solicitors who are requesting money on behalf of the association.

Solicitors have explained that one of the reasons for the funds is to support the families and spouses of police Sgt. Paul Starzyk and Catalina Torres, who died in a Sept. 6 shooting.

2. MARTINEZ POLICE OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION (727207) is FTB Suspended as of 2/3/2020

Which is own and operated by ERIC GHISLETTA where ERIC GHISLETTA committed fraud in attempt to skim money from decease law enforcement trust account and was Franchise tax board (FTB) suspended Control IDLBA17846789

The city of Martinez intentionally tried to conceal there illegal activities by saying that there was no responsive records when the company was registered with the city of Martinez at 525 Henrietta Street Martinez California

Of Martinez disregard the public information requested and the law according to 6250 to conceal records in regards to tax return from this business and that the City of Martinez had been skimm seeking to defraud the city of Martinez Police Department and city of Martinez

I found out that the city of Martinez is running a criminal enterprises and is defraud many agencies and have even set a Facebook account page in order to continue funding there illegal business

During a public information made via mail in regards to two public police department agency located at 525 Henrietta Street the Martinez Police Department Lt Patrick salamid who is a part of this agency sought to conceal records from public records in order to continue it unlawful criminal enterprise and this show the extent the city of Martinez will go to commit criminal activities Against the City of Martinez and the server breach in public trust.
